Did you know this in the amazing digital circus?
Recently fans have been discussing how a part of episode 8 could take place inside the circus’s cafe, a potential upcoming character and also an update from goose about ribbit. Let me explain.
So 15 days ago one of the japanese digital circus stores posted the full colour version of the ribbit kaufmo and jax picture, we finally have a better look at what’s going on.
In the episode 8 trailer we see jax looking at a cup.
As for where these took place, fans remembered an old concept image goose drew of the circus a few years ago. At the top there’s a crows nest, with text saying maybe there’s a little cafe inside.
We also see this same crows nest prominently in the caine teaser from yesterday.
So combined together the picture from episode 7 doesn’t take place in an adventure, it’s from the cafe at the top of the circus.
Over on twitter fans were concerned about whether or not ribbit will appear in the episode. Gooseworx replied saying, “There’s nine episodes you weirdos!”. So i think goose is trying to settle fan expectations here, ribbit might not appear in 8 but they could show up in 9 instead. Goose did say she was drunk, and the tweet has now vanished so who knows really.
Last but not least the german voice cast for the digital circus are doing a watch together for frog day, we can see all the characters they voice. There’s one character who’s obscured with question marks, meaning there’s a brand new character we’ll meet in the episode. If i was to guess who this was, it’s probably an npc from an adventure.
