The special dough is prepared at una pizza Napolitana and they pour sauce on the pizza dough then add cheese and tomatoes and basil after that they put it in the oven until it turns golden. Finally they grate parmesan cheese on top.
This makes it so soft like a pillow on the outside and so cheesy on the inside.
